What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to each pair being unique and the nature of earrings being worn for sanitary reasons. However, if one breaks due to a flaw in the design, I will send a replacement if it’s within 30 days of your purchase date. A replacement will be sent at no cost to you, and I will try to replicate the design if possible.

Due to some pairs being one-of-a-kind I cannot guarantee an exact replacement. If an exact replacement cannot be made I will give you shop credit for the exact amount for the damaged pair. Photo proof of the damaged earring is required in order to receive a replacement or shop credit.


What kind of metal do you use?

For my earring backs I use different metals, however, all backs I use are lead and nickel-free. It's important to me that my earrings work for everyone and that the pieces I use are high quality!

If there are metal components (not earring backs) added to earrings, they are made of brass or gold plated brass.

All listings will include the specific metal used. Studs are made with titanium earrings posts, and most earrings are gold-plated stainless steel.



How do I care for my earrings?

If there are marks on your jewelry use a soft cloth or baby wipe to clean them. Avoid showering, sleeping, or swimming while wearing your jewelry. Do not wear them while applying perfume, makeup, or hairspray. Avoid wearing your jewelry when working with cleaners or harsh chemicals. These types of products may cause discoloration.

At this time I do not accept custom orders.

 

Do you offer wholesale?

I am in the process of setting up options for wholesale, but at this time I do not offer it. Coming 2022!
