Shipping Policy

How much does shipping cost?

All orders under $35 have a flat rate shipping fee of $4.
All orders over $35 receive free shipping.

When can I expect my order?

All orders are shipped within 5 business days.

I ship Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. You will receive updates once your order is shipped. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Once shipped, transit time is typically 5-7 days with USPS First Class. However, shipping times vary due to COVID.


Where do you ship?

At this time I ship within the USA.


Delayed or Lost Items

A package is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 business days for US orders. I cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the USPS. 

If your tracking hasn't updated within this time frame you can submit a search request here on the USPS website or you can file a claim. Once items are shipped I am not responsible for lost items, but please reach out to see if we can find a solution.


Incorrect Address or Returned to Me

If your package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay the cost to re-deliver your order to the correct address. I am not responsible for the loss of an order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. Once the re-delivery fee is paid I will ship the same day or next business day.


Package Says Delivered but Isn't

Unfortunately all you can do in this situation is to contact your local USPS to get an update on your package. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered when they're still being processed or they're delivered to your neighbors on accident. Typically your package will show up a few days later. Please contact your local USPS to get help in this situation.


Changing Shipping Address

If you contact me within a few hours after placing your order I will do my best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, I cannot change your address. Please email me at olivestreetstudioco@gmail.com with your order number to see if you can change the address.
